For August 26th, I found an article about a car that they’re building that is fold-able, stack-able, and rechargeable.
The car makes for easier storage and less fight over parking spaces. It’s called a CityCar, and is ideal for the urban environment. Unfortunalely, the working prototype is only half-sized, and won’t be able to fit an actual driver. Apparently, though, it isn’t necessarily meant as a consumer product. MIT says that their goal for the car is to have it available throughout a city, able to be rented out for short trips.
