Come on RIM, think!

It’s starting to look like RIM is taking a dive, incomplete devices, broken promises of features yet to come, and now this!

What you’ll see at the link is RIM’s Torch 2 Fan Reviews. Only problem is, they feature phones in the video, which AREN’T the Torch 2! Watch at 0:15 in the video and you’ll see, quite specifically, an Android device! What’s up with that RIM? Why exactly are you advertising other phones now, it seems a bit counter productive don’t you think?

Research In Motion, When are you going to clean up your act? You were doing so well! The Curve, the Pearl, even the Bold and the Storm were all beautiful! what happened? You too a step back in hardware, and your software innovation is non-existent!  What happened to you?

I’ve said it once I’ll say it again… sell your stock while you can… RIM’s down and out.

RIM Cutting Back

From now on You shall be known as OLD NEWS!!

RIM, RIM, RIM, what are you doing with your life! Laying off 2000 people? Why? Because your unfair, unrefined parental surrogates can’t seem to make a good decision? You disappoint me!

RIM, I’ve said it once I’ll say it again… Shape up, Or ship out… It’s up to you!

Either get back to making phones that are a valid business solution (and not so easy to hack from the inside out.) Or start releasing products that are COMPLETE instead of half finished…

So to all my 10 or so readers out there, please pass this post around until RIM gets a hold of it! They need to be scolded!

Well guys, I wish I had more for you today, but it’s been a slow news week after that Apple release, so that’s today’s Technical Confessions. As always, if you like what you read here, please subscribe and ALWAYS comment!

See Ya Next Time!

5:30 PM. I went to the hospital today, my niece has Neurofibromatosis, and has developed an unknown lesion on her tongue. So we need to watch it, to see if it gets any worse, and sadly, hope that it starts to aggravate her… Then we’ll know it’s not cancerous.

9:30 PM. So we’re out now, after seeing a swollen foot, a dog bite from a Rottweiler, and an outer ear infection (Swimmer’s ear). I’m waiting for the bus home at the terminal.

10:05 PM. So, there I was, sitting in the bus terminal after the hospital, editing this very blog entry, minding my own business… And a big, native woman, smelling of shrimp, walked up to me, took her index fingers, and poked my cheek… and then leaned in, said “Hey” in a very sly tone, and hugged me… And, even to this point, I can’t figure out who she is… I’ve never seen her in my life.

Anyway, enough of my day, let’s get to the topic, TECH!

Netflix losing Traction

Today, a projection came out regarding Netflix. This projection stated that about 41% of Netflix subscribers may be cancelling subscriptions. The reason? A recent statement from the streaming mogul, indicating price hikes of up to 60%! A bit too steep for my tastes!
